Just wow.
The concert was fucking great.
Moneen was on first, and they were okay...I liked the lead singer, he has a pretty voice when he talks, lol.
Then came Anti-Flag, and they were good. They sound better live then they do on CD. A little bit into their first song, Justin stopped, 'cause someone fell in the pit, and he made people pick the person up. It was neat. Lol
Rise Against came on next, and they were gooooooooood. Gahahaha. My faveorite song that they played was Prayer of the Refugee.
THEN
Billy Talent. I was completely fucking blown away. They were so good. It was orgasmic. I sang my heart out during all of the songs, and I'm suprised that I still have a voice. I'm kicking myself now though, because I could've brought my camera. I WAS going to..But decided not to. Grrr. So I had to stick with taking pictures with my crappy camera phone and recording crappy voice memos. When Ben let the crowd sing parts of the songs, it gave me chills. I'm not even kidding. It was just so awesome to hear the crowd singing. The energy was freaking great.
It was still fun though... Our (I went with Kat) seats weren't THAT bad...We sat on the right hand side of the entrance to the floor. That was actually pretty funny itself, seeing people get carried out, seeing people get turned away and all that shit. I would've given anything to be able to get onto the floor.
So, it was great. I'm really glad I went. Fucking awesome show, and if you ever get a chance to see any of those guys in concert, do it.
